By commissioning me, you must have fully read and agreed to my terms. Any omissions are your sole responsibility.

By commissioning me, you are soliciting my services as an artist only: This will not allow you any sort of special bond, relationship or interaction outside of the work I owe you. Don't expect any kind of special treatment on my social media accounts or live streams.

Please check EXTRA COSTS or USE COSTS details with me in advance if you are unsure.

The rejection of an order is possible if I consider that it cannot be provided correctly.

My art is constantly evolving, so there may be differences between examples and the content received.

Any hateful and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Any violation of these terms may result in you being blacklisted.

Only payment by Paypal in € is authorized (BE CAREFUL of conversion taxes).

Payment will not be considered via stream donations, bits, Twitch subscriptions or others.

Payment must be sent in full, except partial payment only accepted on orders over 500.

If payment is not provided within 72 hours, order will be canceled.

A refund will not be possible, in the event that the "final phase" has begun.

A full refund will be made to you, in the event that the commission cannot be provided.

Lost files not backed up within one month are the customer's responsibility and will therefore not be refunded.

Any request for priority or a deadline reduction will incur x1.5 additional costs.

Any request for major modifications after final sketch validation will incur additional costs.

Any request for extras during the process will incur additional costs.

Additional usage costs will be applied based on how your order is used:

PERSONAL USE: (x1) means the artwork will not generate any kind of profit. You can use it on non-profit sites (Discord, wallpaper, avatar, social media icon, banner, etc..) or printing for yourself (not for selling).

COMMERCIAL USE: (x1,5) means the artwork could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly/indirectly has to do with financial gains. You can use it for your brand business purposes or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch, Youtube, etc..).

MERCHANDISING USE: (x2,5) means the artwork will generate income through sale. “COMMERCIAL USE” terms are also included. You can use it for branded commercial purposes or material and non-material products sales (print, goodies, album, etc..).

The customer's slot will not be placed in any specific order. Commission deadlines vary depending on my availability and the request. This may take up to 3 months.

The customer will be contacted to communicate details and prices, if and only if your request is accepted.

The customer will receive approval revisions during commissioning process to ensure their requests.

The customer must ensure full payment so that the final phase can begin, unless a partial payment was agreed on by both parties beforehand.

The customer will only receive digital files in .jpg, .png or .wav

STEPS: Request → Price agreements and questions → Sketch → Validation → Payment → Final phase → (Second partial payment) → Sending the order.

Please be sure to credit me when you use or repost my works on social media and such.

Do not claim my works as your own.

Do not use my sketches for coloring or drawing purposes.

Do not modify my works without my permission, except cropping and sound mixing.

Use the commission based on the costs authorizations you paid and not otherwise.

Any work originating from a commission belongs to the intended client and myself. Another person (unless authorized by the third parties concerned) must not use it.

As an artist, I retain rights and ownership of commissioned artwork:
such as streaming, posting it on my websites/social networks, creating speed paints, presenting it in my portfolio/artbook, etc..
